CrimsonSaga respects the personal chronicles of all who enter our realm. This declaration explains how the realm's scribes handle the information entrusted to us during your campaigns.
The realm's scribes may note: the sigil of your device and its lineage; how long your campaign lasted and which battles you fought; the configuration of your war banner (display preferences).
All records serve the realm's maintenance — keeping defenses strong, improving the battlegrounds, and preparing new territories. Personal chronicles are never sold to foreign powers or used for commercial conjuring.
Binding tokens (session cookies) remember your campaign progress. Optional observing tokens (analytics cookies) help the realm understand which battlefields are most contested. Optional tokens may be dispelled without losing access to the realm.
Certain realm infrastructure is maintained by trusted craftspeople bound by oaths of confidentiality and proper data handling.
Battle records are held for a maximum of six months before being consigned to flame. All records are destroyed upon request.
Any warrior may request to review, correct, or destroy their chronicle through the realm's heralds.
This declaration may be reissued as the realm grows. Warriors are encouraged to review it before each campaign season.
